Hey everyone, Robin here. I’m going to show everyone how to do the etched glass technique while I was watching the cricket scrapbooking machine infomercial. I never done this before so I am doing this for the first time. Here we go. YOu will need a little piece of vinyl. I will put it on and start simple. I have my cricket scrapbooking machine ready to go. I am going to use a snow flake. I will hit shift and it shows me in the window. I am going to make it 2 inches. I will put the depth on 5. I will hit kit. It might be to big. It cut nicely. I am going to slow the speed down and try again. I’m wondering if I should have given myself more space. It’s all so new. I do want to experiment with the cricket scrapbooking machine etching cream. You want to use this as a stencil. I have the big ones and the little one. I have my stencil I bought from Hobby Lobby. Peel your vynl. Let’s see if it works. I’m so glad I’m using the cricket scrapbooking machine. I am going to do it. You want really flush so the etching cream dosn’t give you to much trouble. I hope it works ok. I’m doing my first glass etching project. I think it’s thick enough. I think this etching glass bottle will last a long time. This cricket scrapbooking machine is working great.
